What we have here is the Vico-Marcus 4 from Taiwanese company Vicovation and was released back in 2014. It has some interesting features such as recording on 21:9 (read 21 is to 9) ratio at 2560 x 1080p.

The Vico-Marcus 4 has a boxy form factor. Just like the HP f310 dash cam that we reviewed, it sports a rectangular case but this one has a thicker body compared to HP’s. The entire shell is made of plastic with the sensor sticking out in the middle.

At the back is where the 2-inch display is found for adjusting the settings and reviewing the recorded clips. It has 5 buttons for emergency recording, normal recording, options, sound, and power. They also act as navigational buttons when on the settings menu.
