Xiaomi is partnering with international transportation network company, Uber, for an on-demand delivery of the Xiaomi Mi Note smartphone to its buyers in Singapore and Malaysia.
The idea is simple, if you’re in Singapore or Malaysia, just open the Uber app on your smartphone, use the slider at the bottom to select “Xiaomi”, hit request, and an Uber car will deliver your new Mi Note smartphone to your doorstep. The payment will then be charged to your credit card tied to your Uber account.
“This is an awesome and first-of-its-kind collaboration between two of the most innovative tech startups in the world.” said Hugo Barra in his Facebook post.
