There have been a lot of hearsays surrounding South Korean firm’s next flagship smartphone, the LG G4. Today, LG laid all the rumors to rest, about its release date at least, as the company confirmed that they are prepping for the big reveal which is slated to happen on April 28.
Contrary to what the rumor mill churned out, LG confirmed to GSMArena that the announcement date of the LG G4is indeed on the 28th of this month and not on May 31.
The confirmation is in line with our previous report when LG sent out invite to select members of press and media. The invite also stated that the launching event will take place in several key locations across the world; New York, London, Paris, Seoul, Singapore and Istanbul.
To this date, LG remains mum about the details about their upcoming flagship smartphone, which is understandable since they want to leave all of the meaty stuff during the launch event.
