We just got a tip that Gionee is set to launch its new quad-core device next week, the CTRL V4S, and along with it comes a sub-Php7K price tag. Read on for the specs list after the break.

The Gionee CTRL V4S was released internationally last September. When it arrives here in the Philippines, it will sell for Php6,999.
