The Galaxy Note 4 bends and bends back too!

The iPhone 6 Plus bends, the Galaxy Note 3 doesn’t. How about the successor to the Note line up? The Galaxy Note 4 lands on the hands of Unbox Therapy to do the test of the so-called “Bendgate” issue.

Lewis Hilsenteger of Unbox Therapy is on it again to do the bending for us. If you are updated with the current plague that hunts the newest and biggest iPhone, you’ll be familiar how a mere hand can bend the device. Watch the video below to see how the Note 4 withstands the pressure.

While the Galaxy Note 3 didn’t bend easily thanks to it’s more rigid inner body and plastic build, the Galaxy Note 4 has the tendency to warp with heavy pressure. Good thing you can also bend it back to its near original condition.

It’s worth noting that aluminium (or aluminum for others) is malleable and will bend if forced, but phones should be able to survive our pockets and everyday usage.

The video is almost 3 hours long and was uploaded a couple of days ago on YouTube by NicksplosionFX. The compilation was based on the list published on Wikipedia which has a total of over 700 games including Adventure Island, Donkey Kong, Pokemon, and Tetris. HTC Zoe coming to Android & iOS for download

As a part of HTC’s Double Exposure event today, the company has surprisingly made Zoe available for download not only for Android users but also for iOS.

HTC-Zoe

For those of you who do not know Zoe, Zoe was an HTC exclusive app that allows users to take multiple photos even before you press the shutter button and turns it into a 3-second video for sharing.

HTC Zoe was already in Beta for Android for quite some time now, and will be made available later today. The iOS version will come some other time in the future.

HTC RE Camera announced, priced at USD199

In addition to the new Desire Eye, HTC also unveiled a tube-like camera called “Re” which sports a 16-megapixel sensor and can record 1080p videos.

Contrary to what the rumor mill churned out, the HTC Re is nothing like the GoPro in terms of design. If anything, the HTC Re resembles an asthma inhaler (or a small pipe) than an actual camera.

The HTC Re is equipped with a 1/2.3-inch CMOS sensor made by Sony that has a 16-megapixel resolution. It’s paired with a wide-angle lens with a f/2.8 aperture and a field of view of 146 degrees.

It may not seem like it, but the HTC Re is actually an IPX8-certified camera meaning you can submerge it underwater to take pictures. Apart from that, the only other feature of this handy camera that’s worth writing home about is the grip detection mechanism embedded in its body which automatically fires up the camera once it detects it is being gripped.

The camera has no screen or viewfinder and instead will be controlled through a downloadable app that will be available in Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The HTC Re will be available in four colors White, Teal, Orange and Navy Blue, and costs USD199. For more information about this weird-looking (and rather expensive) camera, you can head on over to recamera.com
