The Philippines’ Festival of Champions is fast approaching. Aliwan Fiesta 2013 promises to be bigger and grander this year! Organized by the Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC) in cooperation with the Cities of Manila and Pasay, aliwan Fiesta brings to MetroManila the country’s biggest, most colorful, and the loudest festivals from all over the country in a three day Grand Cultural Extravaganda.
