ICT Dagupan Event

After a thorough deliberation, the council had decided to post the following information for interested participants for their perusal. To those interested please do signify your intention of joining by commenting on this post. Thank you so much!

Registration Fees

Programming Team: 2 Members = 300 pesos Networking Team: 2 Members = 300 pesos
Poster Making Individual: = 150 pesos
Audio Visual Presentation Team: 3 Members = 500 pesos Typing Individual: = 150 pesos
Dota Wars Games Team:5 members = 500 pesos

Event Proper

February 3, 2010 @ Lyceum Northwestern University @ 1:00 P.M.
Mechanics
1. Programming
a. Questions will be shown on the screen
b. Questions are categorized by its difficulty level and with time limits.
c. Each question corresponds to a score and whoever garners the highest score will win
d. Use any programming language you prefer as long as you know how to use it.
e. Must be aware of OOP and Procedural

2. Poster Making Contest
a. Any graphical format will do (standard size)
b. Must be inline with the theme "Dagupan ICTs Potential"
c. Materials will be provided by the council
d. Photoshop and Corel are the preferred software to be use

a. Typing master is the software prefer to be use
b. Speed and accuracy is the key to win the contest.

b. Questions are categorized by its difficulty level with time limits
c. Each question corresponds to a score and whoever garners the highest score will win
d. Tools other than utp cable and rj45 will be provided by the participants.

a. A 4-5 minutes presentation
