This weekend Makati will once again paint the town red as it holds its annual Caracol Festival 2009! The parade highlights High School and College students dressed in nature-inspired costumes.
The parade will start early in the afternoon (will have to confirm this) from Ayala corner Paseo de Roxas and the finale performance will be staged at the Glorrieta Carpark.
