Well, am probably a Henri because that’s their top-of-the line Tray Couture offering and the combination of shrimp & pesto on pasta is simply superb. Amelia is delightful too because I like kani slices on my bread (on salads too!) and angel hair pomodoro is a classic. Still have to try the other choices, and I hope to before the promotion ends on September 30.

Now, you may wonder about the name. After all, the last time I heard about couture, it was used to describe a Valentino gown.
