The Association of Negros Producers (ANP), those men and women behind the Negros Showroom in Bacolod City is once again holding the annual Negros Trade Fair 2008.
This year’s event slated September 30 to October 5 the the Rockwell Tent has the theme “With the times.” The organizers are inviting everybody to see Negros beyond your expectations and appreciate it through its products, adventure destinations and organic parks.
This annual trade fair is an occasion for the Ilonggo businessmen to showcase their unique export-quality goods and handicrafts. It is also a good time to buy Christmas decors tagged at a very affordable cost.
And of course, the Negros Trade Fair will never be complete without the booths offering Ilonggo delicacies. Authentic Chicken Inasal, Kansi, Kadyos Baboy Langka, Barquillos, Piaya, Batchoy are just some of the goodies that you can experience at the fair. Ni need to go to Bacolod as the food were all brought here in Manila for everyone to savor.

Enjoy authentic BACOLOD “ Inasal” the way it should be eaten… garlic rice, chicken oil, kamayan and outdoor ambiance to make it truly a “ street –side” experience.
