WithLocals.com soon to launch in the Philippines!

Every time I travel, I always follow a very simple guiding principle: eat what the locals eat, do what the locals do. This way I get to experience a place in a more authentic way.

Just like when I was in General Santos City for example, the best place to get a bowl piping hot sinigang na tuna is right at the city’s public market. And I would always prefer pedicab, tricycle or habal habal over taxi or vans.

Do you know that there’s actually a website now that lists down various activities offered by the locals to travelers? Sounds interesting, right?

F1 Hotel Manila Staycation: Preview of the LuzViMinda offerings

A few weeks ago, I went to F1 Hotel Manila for a weekend staycation as the heat in Metro Manila is no longer bearable. It was also a good time for me to preview the menu for the upcoming event of hotel’s restaurant, the LuzViMinda where the best flavors of the country will be brought in by chefs from Luzon Visayas and Mindanao.
