Farmout Trainors get TESDA Awards
Dagupan City’s premiere contact center facility had its trainers receive their TESDA Accreditation. Liezel Tamayo, Roxanne Cariño, (CSR Trainers) and Mary Chris Velasquez (Transcription Trainer) recently completed the Trainers Methodology Training Program from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority provincial office.
The training which started May 17th and lasted up to the 21st provided knowledge to our trainers on the standards that TESDA maintains to assure every enrollee the opportunity of getting quality skills which will ensure him/her a good career in his chosen field of work.
With this training FarmOut continues to ensure only the highest level of quality education for its trainees who are targetting a high-paying job in the call center industry. The company believes that if a candidate has the right skills, he will get the right pay.
