Like the iPad Pro, the Pixel C will also come with its companion wireless keyboard which is sold separately for $149. Google’s new tablet attaches to the said keyboard via magnet and the input device has its own set of batteries which Google boasts that will last for two months on a single charge.

Speaking of charging the keyboard, Google boasted that the Pixel C will conductively charge the Bluetooth keyboard when it is closed. The search giant also claims that 10 minutes’ worth of charging will be enough to keep the keyboard on for at least seven hours.

With the exception of the all-metal design, screen and battery capacity, most of the features found on the Nexus 6P were carried over to the Nexus 5X. This includes the Nexus Imprint, 12.3-megapixel rear camera with bigger pixel and laser-detect autofocus system, and USB Type C port that offers the convenience of the reversible design and faster charging time.

The Nexus 5X is intended to be the more affordable option between the two new smartphones that Google announced. As such, some of its features like its screen and battery pack were toned down compared to its beefier counterpart.

In addition to having a smaller display compared to the Nexus 6P, the Google Nexus 5X’s 5.2-inch display will only have a modest HD resolution. As for the battery pack, it will run on a 2700mAh battery pack.

Like the Nexus 6P, the new Google Nexus 5X is now available for pre-order on Google Store. It will be available in 16GB and 32GB and are priced at $379 and $429 respectively.

US consumers will also enjoy all of the freebies that were mentioned on the Nexus 6P. This include an additional one year warranty called the Nexus Protect, free 90-day access to Google Music, and $50 app credit on Google Play Store.
