I got this letter from PJ Gubatina Policarpio in the United States. I agree with points he raised although I also understand the limitations of media.

I’m from Antique, which was also badly hit by typhoon “Frank” but it’s hardly in the news. In our barrio, so many houses near the beach were carried away. Thankfully, no one died. But it’s not the same in other towns. The approach of Sibalom bridge, the longest in the province, was carried away by the floods which makes travel very difficult.
