Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, 8.0 & 10.1 now official

Samsung has unveiled its latest line of slates under the Galaxy Tab 4 series namely the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 and the biggest of them all, the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1.

As far as their specs sheets are concerned, these three tablets shares a lot in common with it each other. All of these slates are runs on 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1.5GB of RAM and are equipped with a 3.15MP camera at back which is paired with 1.3MP on the front.

With the exception of the 3G/Wi-Fi variant of the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, all of Samsung’s new tablets are LTE-enabled and comes with a 16GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 64GB via Micro-SD card (Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 3G/Wi-Fi only supports up to 32GB).

Despite of having different screen sizes, all of these tablets share a 1280×800 screen resolution which doesn’t really bode well for the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 as it only equates to a rather poor pixel density of 149ppi.

Disclaimer: Some details are based on GSMArena’s specs sheet.

Samsung is planning to sell their new Galaxy Tab 4 slates during the second quarter of the year. However, the company didn’t mention the retail price of their new tablets.
