Just an update

It’s been almost a month since I last updated this blog. It’s just that I’m too lazy too blog or I have nothing to blog about.

Anyway, I’ve been busy for the past few weeks trying to get a job. Been through a series of exams and interviews but no job offers yet. But then again, there’s still a plenty of time.

I’ve been going out a lot with my friends lately, one of the reason why I wanted to go back here in the Philippines. The company of my friends makes me feel that I’m existing and it lessens the pressure and stress that I’m going through.

I don’t know when I’ll be posting an interesting post but I assure you I’ll try my best to come up with a good post. For now, I’ll go out and try to open up my mind and hopefully extract some of my creative juices.

Ciao!

The ladies are out again

The three girls are out again (it includes our Inang, my aunt’s mom who is 73 years old, and of course my aunt and our friend Jenny). Their destination? Casino!

Yes and I can’t believe that they are doing it every weekend but the old lady don’t come with them regularly. I can’t blame her actually since playing slot machine is the only past time that she have, well except from watching Jeopardy and Toronto Raptors (basketball team) games. Cool eh?

I really don’t understand why they were very eager to drive to the casino this evening while I told them already that there is a new Online Casino that is suitable for them.

When I stumble on the site I found out that they can practice the new flash/Instant Play for free at any rate. That is if they download the casino software.

I’m sure playing their favourite game would be more snugly if they will tell me that there is a free coffee or tea in there I would definitely reply them that coffee at home with their games on the computer is more indulging than the deafening sounds of the slot machines.

The Gucci Gang, & why ChikaTime is “it”

For almost two weeks now, the local blogosphere has been abuzz with gossip so juicy that it threatened to put the ZTE scandal into oblivion. “Aggrieved” blogger Brian Gorrell has torn down most of the controversial posts and gazillion comments. What remains are the last three posts, with a promise to republish the juicy portions if his former lover continues not to pay him.

Question ko lang: ano naman ang ibabayad ni Delfin Montano kung sinasabi nga ni BG na ang kotse ng social climber DJ na ito ay walang aircon (!!) at di sinusuwelduhan ang driver for three months??

If Mr. Gorrell is HIV-positive, how close to positive is DJ Montano?

Western Union is laos na, and expensive pa. Mas sosyal ang Ikobo prepaid card. Ikobo is an advertiser of this blog and they recently sent me a reloadable prepaid card (plugging!:P) where I didn’t encounter any hassle withdrawing from ATMs or using it to shop and swipe, a la Visa or Mastercard.

My friend Timotea asked why I haven’t made a post about the Gucci Gang expose. The obvious reason is that the topic is a little “off” for this blog. The coke-snorting ways of Manila’s elite young set is so detached from my life. I’d rather plan my next bento, or braid my twins’ hair, or blog. Besides, I hardly even drink Coke. D
