And, with the use of social media and instant messaging, government institutions have been actively communicating with its citizens, or netizens to be specific. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority  or MMDA is now asking active online users to help them monitor and catch violators with the help of Twitter and Viber.

– Picture of the parked vehicle/road works/obstruction
– Time and location of the picture taken

– Picture of the parked vehicle/road works/obstruction
– Time and location of the picture taken

After reporting, MMDA should then acknowledge your report and forward it to its task force. You will also get updates of your report.
