Globe announces Huawei Ascend P1 LTE at Plan 1799

Globe Telecom has just announced their very first LTE smartphone and picked the Huawei Ascend P1 LTE as its flagship handset.

The Ascend P1 LTE was first announced by Huawei Philippines in the 1st week of November.

Globe is offering the Ascend P1 LTE for only Php500 cash-out on UnliSurf Plan 999. It’s also free on UnliSurf Plan 1799 but if you want the prepaid kit, it’s going to cost you Php21,000.

We’re still unsure whether Globe is giving unlimited internet under the UnliSurf plans or if they will put a bandwidth cap.
