Krispy Kreme launches Mobile App

Krispy Kreme launches its first mobile delivery application to reinvent customers’ delivery experience and integrates other services to create ease, accessibility and delight for customers.

We are very excited to introduce the first mobile app of its kinds in the foodservice industry that will simply change the way customers enjoy their favorite Krispy Kreme treats,” shared Ariane M. Valinton, Marketing Manager for Krispy Kreme Philippines.

With Krispy Kreme’s mobile app, customers can conveniently choose from Krispy Kreme’s premium delectable treats, place their orders using their mobile device, and opt to have their orders delivered right away, on a select date, or even arrange for pick up of their yummy treats at the branch. Customers can also save their favorite selections of premium doughnuts for future orders.

The Krispy Kreme mobile app also makes it easier for customers to find a Krispy Kreme store. With an interactive store locator feature, fans may easily identify the Krispy Kreme store that is nearest to their location. This is accompanied by maps to show them the directions.

Aside from the mobile app, Krispy Kreme also introduces its Stamp Cards and Coupon Rewards. With every single-receipt transaction worth at least Php150, customers will be rewarded with stamps that will unlock the Rewards Page on the app where they can get yummy Krispy kreme treats.
